A few weeks ago I got to try out the Momofuku noodle bar in Toronto.
The last time I ate at Momofuku was at their ssam bar in NY. It was a mediocre experience (except for the always great BBQ pork buns).
This time the noodles were very good. The noodles were different from typical ramen shop noodles, thinner and rounder. The broth was tasty and the pork was great as usual. The smoked chicken was very salty but good and still had a bit of crunch in the skin, even after soaking in the soup for a bit. I’d definitely go back.
