Harvard has been offering a Science and Cooking course for the past 2 years (I think) and I’ve listened to all of their podcasts – They should still be available on iTunes. Now for this year, they didn’t put their public lectures up online, and decided to put it up as a free online course, so that we can all join in on the fun.
The course started in October, but Luckily you can still sign up! I just did. Do it. Learn something about cooking!
